The story behind the Stuyvesant watch.
Named after a notorious Dutch colinist and ruler, the Stuyvesant watch is a stunning cognac gold colored skeleton watch with a handmade leather cuff. It's the darker version of our Palazzo skeleton watch. The skeleton dial and stainless steel casing with tachymeter make this watch beyond powerful in both appearance and ruggedness.
The details of the watch.
The watch has a 45 mm casing with a 40 mm face diameter. Crystal mienral glass protects the beautiful skeleton dial. The casing itself is made from stainless steel and has a tachymeter and large ribbed crown. Within the thick bezel you will find arabic numerals for a time indicated and several circular skeleton gaps to add to the aesthetic effect of the watch.
The watch has a mechanical movement and sword shaped hands will indicate the time extremely accurately regardless of where you are in the world.
The details of the leather cuff.
The mahogany colored leather cuff has a width of 64mm and was made from sturdy veg-tanned leather decorated with eco-paint to give it that vintage and finished effect. It was designed and handmade by one of our designers in Miami and is definitely something that will grab the attention of many people passing you by.
A powerful looking watch for those who want something different.
For everyone who likes skeleton watches that are big, sturdy, and edgy, the Stuyvesant is a good choice. It's definitely not a watch for everyone, but for those brave enough to wear it, it will certainly be appreciated. For everyone who prefers a light colored version, our Palazzo wristwatch might be a better option.
